Get a torpedo roll - i.e. long sort of hot dog roll.

Slice it in half

put some lettuce, sliced red onion, thinly sliced cucumber on the base - that has already had a thin spread of chilli sauce.  Now put on pepperoni, slami, garlic sausage and ham.  Cover both pieces of bread with mozerella cheese, bit of freshly chopped basil and flat leaf parsley.  Stick under the grill till the cheese just starts to brown, fold together and eat.  Nicest sarnie ever.

You don't need all the meats mentioned, but is good.  I am now hungry having mentioned that
