Britain from Above and London From Above

I've just watched these on BBC 1 and 2.

Really interesting especially the London one.

I missed em Di,cant get to watch anything ATM,cause OH is glued to the box
GenieDi

Have a look on the BBC iplayer, I catch up anything I miss on that.
lil eva

cheers love,i forgot about that
GenieDi

Only on for seven days but really handy.

I've really got to sort out my telly stuff and cancel Sky.

I can't really afford it anymore but my aerial is rubbish!

We live in a bad reception area with the port nearby, even on the freeview website my postcode doesn't apparently get it!

So I'm downloading all the players for various channels so I can watch stuff when I do cancel.

I won't get channel 5 when it's gone so I have got their catch up player too!
Baldrick

Watched that last night..superb programme.
GenieDi

Another one just starting.
lil eva

I just watched it.Yes i enjoyed it
GenieDi

Did you watch the half hour one on BBC2 afterwards, it was focused on East Anglia, my region!
lil eva

I saw the bit about the broads, was that it?
GenieDi

Yes, quite interesting really. Does bring a lot of things into perspective when it's explained like it was.

It's very interesting to me as lots of my ancestors were agricultural labourers.

The second one on BBC 2 was all about East Anglia and how farming the land has changed and the building on farmland etc.
lil eva

It was probably them that dug out the peat to make the broads then
GenieDi

lil eva

I dont know if i saw the 2nd one  cause OH is in charge of the remote
GenieDi

It seems they do the extra half hour on something they focused on in the main programme.

Last week it was London, think theres only one more to go.
lil eva

I'll try and remember it next time
