Creamy chicken & mushroom penne12oz(350g) Penne pasta
2 diced chicken breasts
9oz(250g) chestnut mushrooms roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 tbs chopped fresh thyme
1x300ml pot of soured cream
Cook the penne in boiling water until tender
Fry the chicken in 2tbs of olive oil for 4-5 mins until golden.
Add the mushrooms,garlic and thyme and cook for a further 3 mins.
Add the soured cream and heat until bubbling.
Toss with the drained penne and serve!
