Diet updateI have been eating again properly now for over a month and in this time have lost another 3lb.
The total weight loss to date is 2 stone 8 & half lb since the beginning of July.I feel so much better...........oh mis calculation there...................add another 12stone cos i lost the husband aswell!!!!!!

same here ben eat lot better now for it my waste was 48 now its down to 36 waist .but i was told not lose to much to fast lol well its take me 2 years , so you done well ann xx
