It's Thursday Already

Hi guys, it's a good day considering how wet it was early this morning, still, better late than never. Supposed to be good for the next 10 days they say, so bring it on i say. I hope everyone of you have a good day.

Hi Sabbi,hi everyone
I got off my bum this morning ,because it was nice and took the dog up to the race course for a walk.I've only done it a couple of times before and ive maybe walked about half way round,but this morning i just carried on and did the lot On my step monitor thing,it said i had done 2.5 miles and that was 4430 steps
It's still a lovely day here with blue skies and just a bit of cloud,so i got my wish for my days off lol.
