Leeds v Scunny

Simon Grayson will be without Frazer Richardson and Andrew Hughes as they host Scunthorpe but Jermaine Beckford is available.

Captain Richardson is still struggling with a niggling thigh injury and will also miss Monday's crucial trip to Oldham while Hughes is sidelined with a hamstring problem.

Hughes' continued absence means Jonathan Douglas will once again fill in at right-back but manager Grayson will also have to cope without striker Luciano Becchio.

The Argentinian striker is suspended but will come back into contention for the trip to Boundary Park.

However, Becchio's absence is offset by the return from suspension of leading goalscorer Beckford, who is available following his three-match ban and is likely to go straight back into Grayson's starting XI.

Scunthorpe manager Nigel Adkins will hand a debut to Kayode Odejayi after the striker joined on an initial one-month deal from Barnsley.

Cliff Byrne returns from suspension and is also likely to feature in the starting line-up at the expense of Andy Crosby but David Mirfin will again miss out as he serves the final match of his two-game ban.

Joseph Mills is expected to continue after making his debut in Tuesday's 2-0 defeat at Southend while fellow new signing Liam Trotter is likely to again have to settle for a place on the bench.

Striker Ben May suffered a minor setback in his recovery from an ankle injury but is expected to return next week, while Michael Lea (hamstring), Marcus Williams (metatarsal) and Kenny Milne (knee) all remain on the sidelines.

Bradley Johnson has been credited with Leeds second goal against Scunthorpe after no review into the goal by the Football League.

Johnson`s goal from a free kick took a huge deflection off Grant McCann, a Leeds spokesman said "We have not been informed of any intention to review the goal so Bradley has been credited with it in our records."

It`s only Johnson`s second goal of the season for Leeds, he did however score five goals in ten games whilst on loan at Brighton earlier in the season.
