meal replacement drinks

have any of you ever tried them?  i just tried them for the first time (they had them on sale lol) but i have always been curious about them... anyway i have just had one for breakfast and i must say i was scepticle that i would feel satisfied, but i must say i do feel full now

Wonder if they are any good for helping with irritable bowel syndrome.  Ive tried loads of things but nowt works as yet.

They'll never replace a large bacon sandwich in my book Chrissy.

lol... i would have thought ketchup would go better on that, but who am i, just a silly canadian

ketchup is optional - as are salt and vinegar - and if you buy it down the chippy you can have scraps/bits with it too.
