Spike - Dog ExtraordinaryThis is my sons dog, Spike, a cairn terrier, who is abut 8 years old. He is feisty and thinks he is the doggy equivalent of the cats whiskers. We love him to bits - and then some. Don't let the "butter wouldn't melt" look fool you - he'd have your leg off if you did the wrong thing

I used to have a Cairn called Kylie,i loved her to bits,but unfortunately had to let my ex m-in-l have her cause i was out working all day.

Awwww he is sooooooo sweet.
I used to have a West Highland White Terrior called Lucas. Had to let him go when I broke my hip due to cancer. No one would walk him and I there was no way i could walk him myself. Broke my heart.
Still miss him now.

Spike just loves Westies. They are the only other dog which he accepts and doesn't bark at. Anything else from a Yorkshire Terrier to a Great Dane will get him barking and growling like there's no tomorrow. Even horses get the treatment. Squirrels are his favourite along with their local fox who comes over to be chased, and then to chase in return.
