I think its some sort of transmitter Chrissy.It has lots of like satelite dishes all over it.
I have one not far from me.

It's a huge Communications mast Chrissy, microwave aerials the lot. The thing on the right is the sun. Do you get the sun in BC?

thanks, it looked like some sort of science fiction monster lol. um er... yeah we get the sun here ocaisonally hehe, but from the sounds of it, you guys don't get it very often.
