how do you cook a small chiken ?

Rub butter or marg into the skin and wrap in foil.Put the chicken on a baking tray or roasting dish and cook for about an hour and half/2 hrs on gas mark 5.
Remove the foil from the birds breast about 20 mins before the finished cooking time to crisp the skin
And enjoy!!!!!!!!!

i salt the skin and use olive oil - either way gets a crispy skin - mmmmm crispy chicken skin - think i'll have to settle for a bag of pork scartchings
