Good morning all

Hope you are all well on this lovely sunny morning!
I've got a full day today........Lucas till 11-30,meeting at work at 2pm,Docs at 3-10 and then a 7 mile dash to get to the pharmacists for 4pm.I think the pharmacist is going to lose out.It's only to make sure my weight is stable and i that haven't lost or gained,so im thinking that i will give it a miss.

hi sabbi and ann well its been chilly here today sun been out most of the day , not is its dark now at 8.30 in evnings and darker in the mornings winter coming , well im just chilling out tonight see if eny thing worth waching on tv lol eny way hope you all have a nice evning x
