World Cup Play Off SeedingsFIFA have made a late announcement that the play off games in Europe for the group runners up will for the first time be seeded. This will ensure the likes of France, Portugal, Czech Republic will avoid each other.
Why wasn't this announced before? Something to do with a certain Monsieur Platini who has realised his country aren't going to qualify automatically?
