of at people who think they can actually sing, who's going to watch, do you think they can find another leona, personally i think she's a one off success, where are the other winners from previous years.

we see simon cowell here on american idol as well. i think he's the only one that actually is honest and gives advice. we have 4 judges on canadian idol and there is one who kinda tries to be like simon cowell lol. the show is hosted by ben mulroney, who is the son of our ex (and most hated) prime mininster hehe

The men folk probably think we are a bunch of saddos but who cares. I watch Britains Got Talent/Americas' Got Talent/X-Factor and American X-factor as well. Waiting to see if the ventriliquest Terry Fator wins overall. I think he is a million times better than any other act on the stage. He blew me away when he sang 'Crying' through the turtle. If he doesn't win, IT'S A FIX. I'm excited about our own X-Factor on Saturday night as well, i just love the numpties that say, i'm going to win this, and of course they are piss. It's television entertainment at it's very best, in my opinion and long may it last.

Well the guy with the puppet did win america's got talent and so he should have to he is absolutely brilliant, loved x factor last night but why is it a programme you really like goes by in what feels like minutes i want more, bring on next saturday, i laughed my ass off at some of them it's amazing they think they can sing, but there were some good one that guy your talking about i thought he was quite a good singer if he dropped his brother but simon said otherwise ohh well.

Hi guys, i was so pleased Terry Fator won A.G.T. he was fabulous, very much deserved i think. Well done to you Terry. As for x-factor Evie, i agree it's all over when your really enjoying it. Roll on next Saturday. I was surprised Simon did'nt ask the brother that could sing to go away and learn another song and come back himself, oh well, i suppose he does know best. I loved the girl who sang the Amy Winehouse number, she was up front about her past as well, i do hope she goes far because i loved her voice, it was so different.

Quite enjoyed last nights show guys, a fair few good singers among them this year so far. Did you catch the guy that thought he was this years winner, (as sure as they say that, you just know they are going to be rotten) and he did'nt disappoint us. He was so arrogant wasn't he? Get him storming out and telling Simon Cowell that he was going to be a superstar and the panel would regret not putting him through, in fact Simon would be begging to work with him in the future. I nearly pee'd myself laughing because he really thought he was that good.

I missed the x factor last night, i was to busy yapping away on here, will watch the repeat later, i think that was the last of the auditions, wonder who will get what group next week? ohhh i love X factor.

Loved it too Evie, but I'm sure I must listen with different ears, because some of them they put through are awful lol...didn't like that blonde girl with the pale lipstick one bit...loads of the others I like though, and that girl Lou sent home the othre year is absolutely amazing.

Well most of the ones I wanted got through.

The boys were the right choice.

Overs, I didn't like apart from the bloke I didn't want the Spanish lady to go through but I wanted the pretty girl who was a backing singer, I thought she was much better. And the ex jail bird oh nooooooooo! gonna have to put up with that gobbo till Christmas now ! lol

The young ones, Glad the one Louie turned down last time got through she is by far the best. I don't like the other two though, I thought the blonde one is crap, and although the other one sings better I just don't like her, nm, they are the experts, hopefully they've made the right choices lol

I liked all the choices for the final 12. Mind you, i think the girl Louis turned down last year, is streets ahead of the rest. Im looking forward to the first live show on Saturday night and according to todays papers, the first celebrity guest is Leon Jackson singing his new single, to be released next week.

There were some really good performances tonight.Nerves got the better of some,but i particularly liked Alex & JLS.
I think that the girls band from the north-Bad lashes??? will go tonight,or Scott for Simons choice of song for him.

I enjoyed the first live show and felt sorry for Scott getting the wrong song to sing from Simon, I'm so happy about the public at large giving him another chance though. The girl groups being on the sing off was'nt a surprise to me, i don't like any of the two anyway, i do love JLS however. All the performers were understandably nervous though but i still think it will be between Alexandra and Rachel in the final.

This week I think Eoghan was the worst, he sang Ben awfully.

How good was Ruth on Purple Rain? I actually burst out in tears watching it, the raw emotion came through, I thought it was better than the original, and I think the original is one of the all time greats. Shouldn't have gone to deadlock.

What on Earth is Simon on about she should sing in Spanish? Has he lost the plot or what?

I wasn't keen on Ruth actually until she sang Purple rain,but it was a brilliant performance.
I still like JLS and tonight i thought the bottom 2 would have been Daniel & Girl band.

She is a Spanish girl(who speaks excellent English)She gave it her all.
I don't like Prince or symbol or whatever his name is this week,but she sang his song brilliantly.

thanks bravo! yes she has a very good voice alright... i thought the back up singers were too a little too loud, but i'm glad they just let her voice come out alone in the end.... really great version, this could be a hit for her i'm sure

Alexandra is a born star, and although Rachael is a good singer, I thought she was crap again last night with the song choice, it really didn't do her any favours and I hate her cocky attitude, sorry.....Laura is good and I love her style but she struggled the first half of her song. I actually liked the one who sounds like Cilla and looks like a fairy, last night, she's different. And I love Austin, and that arrangement he sang.......I was shocked at how well Ruth sang Purple Rain, she certainly came into her own during that, lets hope we see more of that!.............thank god Girlband are out, they were crap

I do think Daniel will go tonight, i can't even guess who the sing off will be with because they all upped their game tonight. It was brilliant and i think the 5 girls are going to be a force to be reckoned with. I still favour Alexandra myself though.

Alexandra looked well fit tonight, she's really looking (and sounding) great.

Agree with what Evie said earlier, Daniel and Eoghan were the weakest tonight. Eoghan was absolutely awful, I don't know why the judges said he was good because he clearly isn't.

It's the public vote that counts though so should be interesting this week.

I just can't believe it, Daniel is still in, Scott goes, not that i think he's anything exceptional mind but i did like him better than Daniel.

Louis was spot on when he said one went through the motions (Scot) and the other sang with passion.

That's the best Daniels sang by a long long way, and the worst I've heard Scot sing since that first week when he had the duff song choice.

The vote went the right way imo, though neither of them could realistically win the contest, but then again I said that about Leon last year...

well well well, Ruth or Laura, Laura or Ruth,who would have thought it. The bottom 2 tonight. Both girls have just finished their songs and i would'nt like to be the judges tonight, they were both excellent. It's Laura going home. Ruth lives to fight another day. I also think Alexandra was outstanding again tonight and i still think she is the one to beat. I felt so sorry for Diana tonight, i really did. Hope she is fighting fit next Saturday.

I think the way they do the voting makes it so the best ones go out.

When someone you like has a bit of a stinker, you are more likely to vote for them hoping to keep them in, but if your fave has a great performance you are likely to leave it thinking others will keep em in. Multiply that by thousands and you see how this happens.

If they changed the vote to who you want out, they'd get a more realistic result.
