tipcall of me , so at moment im lis to tv music , im on ww.magic.co.uk waw its good 
Silly question,but have you checked the speakers are into the right socket??? Mines colour coded,but worked in a different socket on the other pc.Failing that if your sis had the pc before,have you asked her about it & if she had problems with it
