A quite worrying tale of what may happen should the worlds oils supply be interrupted - anarchy at home in what becomes a world in where you have to fight to survive.  A surprisingly easy read, with short gripping cliff hanging chapters.  A little far fetched in places, but isn't all fiction - I have sinced stocked up my loft with water and tinned pilchards!!
