Simon Grayson may hand skipper Richard Naylor his first start for Leeds against Liverpool in Tuesday's Carling Cup tie at Elland Road.
The Whites boss has been without the influential central defender all season due to summer back surgery, but could be forced to throw him into the side for the third-round clash against the Premier League giants.
Naylor has only played a reserve-team outing so far this term, but with Rui Marques out due to an Achilles injury and recent signing Leigh Bromby cup-tied after playing for Sheffield United in the first round, he could line up alongside Patrick Kisnorbo. Grayson does have the option of playing Lubo Michalik ahead of Naylor and will make a final decision nearer to kick-off time.
Grayson has no other injury or suspension problems and could field a near full strength line up as the unbeaten League One leaders aim to secure a 16th successive home win and dump the Merseysiders out of the competition._________________

Really enjoyed that and soooooo unlucky - just hope they can carry it into the upcoming league games - biggies coming up with mk dons and charlton - two victories and we would be coasting
Nice to see Garry Mac in the studio and what a lovely lovely fella he is - like Eddie Gray - maybe too nice to be a very succesful football manager
