the following story appeared in our local papers this week... this was a guy i knew when i was about 8 years old, he used to chase me and my sisters and bully us all the time... one time we were going to choir in the evening and he kept on following us, we were so scared i remember it so vividly, we ran into a corner store and asked the person working there to save us from him... he was just a horrible kid and i see that he has turned into a horrible man (if you can call him that)......

"Burnaby man awaiting child porn trial busted again

A man who was awaiting trial on child-pornography charges has been re-arrested after a search of his Burnaby home.

RCMP say Terrance George Bodaly, 52, is being held in custody after the new investigation. He is the same man busted after a similar search of a home in February 2007.

In early October, investigators with B.C.'s Integrated Child Exploitation (ICE) team tracked a "prolific distributor of child pornography" at a Burnaby address.

Police seized two computers and CDs containing disturbing content. "The child sexual abuse image/video collection found on the seized items is very graphic and involves very young children," said ICE spokeswoman Const. Rosiane Racine.

Bodaly was arrested and charged with four counts of child porn-related offences and is being held until a bail hearing on Monday (Oct. 19).

His trial is scheduled to start in the third week of November.

Anyone who suspects someone who might be putting children at risk is asked to call local police or report it online at cybertip.ca.
